With the theme " Charting a New Course for Secure Seas:  Exploring Regional Perspectives, Technology, and Collective Security", this year’s MSR RT will take place “in person” on November 1st and 2nd, 2023 in the Solver Library, Norfolk, VA. As host, CJOS COE aims to support and preserve the interests of NATO Allies and Partner Nations by increasing knowledge and awareness of key maritime security issues.

Once again, maritime security stakeholders - military experts, academics and industry representatives, or "the community" - will have the opportunity to share their experiences, knowledge and concerns in the field of maritime security. Their participation, and that of the wider community, will serve as an enriching forum to help achieve a more secure maritime domain where everyone will be better prepared to meet future challenges.
